<strong>Umashanker Yadav</strong> is a dynamic Indian entrepreneur, filmmaker, and literary visionary whose journey blends discipline, creativity, and purpose. A former Indian Air Force professional (1985–2001), he went on to build a diverse business ecosystem, founding ventures such as Ikon Barcode Solutions, Ikon Label Industries, Serene Publishers, Ikon Education Foundation, and Serene Films. He is the Founder & Managing Director of the Ahmedabad International Literature Festival (AILF), a leading platform for literary and cultural exchange. As an author, he wrote <em>Beyond Dreamz</em>, and in cinema, he has short films like <em>Heer & Ranjha</em> and <em>Sukhnath Mogra Ni Varta which are successfully running on the OTT WAVES</em>. His Hindi feature film <em>Drop Out</em>, where he serves as writer, producer, and actor, releases in cinemas on <strong>29th May 2026</strong>. Academically accomplished and a strong advocate of disciplined, healthy living, he embodies the rare blend of a soldier’s resolve, an entrepreneur’s vision, and an artist’s soul.
