V. S. Gadhvi, IAS (Retd.) is a distinguished former Gujarat-cadre civil servant with an extensive career in public administration and governance. During his service, he held several senior positions, including Principal Secretary, Revenue; Secretary, Water Supply; Chairman, Gujarat Water Supply Board; Managing Director, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC); and Managing Director, Gujarat State Financial Corporation (GSFC). He later served as an Information Commissioner and Chief Information Commissioner of Gujarat.
