Hanah Haydari

Hanah Haydari, a Brazilian-Iranian national, is a dedicated scholar and practitioner of the Vedic sciences, with over a decade of immersive study and experience. Having moved to India during her teenage years, she embraced a traditional monastic lifestyle and began her journey in yoga, Vedic astrology, and Ayurveda under the guru-shishya parampara (master-disciple tradition) in West Bengal and Varanasi. Currently, Hanah is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar — a premier institution globally recognized by the World Health Organization as a Collaborating Centre for Traditional Medicine. Alongside her studies, she actively practices medical astrology and serves as a faculty member at Vidyalaya, a prominent Ayurveda training program in Brazil, contributing to the global dissemination of traditional Indian health sciences. Deeply passionate about linguistics and Hindustani classical music, Hanah seamlessly blends ancient wisdom with modern wellness. Her lifestyle reflects a personal commitment to holistic well-being through regular yoga, cycling, and other fitness practices, embodying the principles she teaches and lives by.
