Ahmed Shifan is an Assistant Commissioner of Police with the Maldives Police Service, with nearly two decades of experience in policing, leadership, training, and public safety. A former founding Executive Director of the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement, he has contributed to police reform, leadership development, and institutional capacity building. He is pursuing a PhD in Police Science and Security Studies at the National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, India. His interests include criminal behaviour, forensic psychology, policing, leadership, and human behaviour.
