Manoj Aggarwal, IAS (Retd.), a distinguished Gujarat Cadre Indian Administrative Services officer, brings with him over three and a half decades of exemplary public service. Retiring in 2024 as Additional Chief Secretary – Health, he has held several key positions throughout his career, including DDO at Rajkot and Jamnagar, Collector at Godhra and Panchmahals, Managing Director of GMDC and GIDC, and serving for seven years with the Government of India in New Delhi.
