Tahenaz is a dedicated research scholar currently embarking on her doctoral journey in English at the esteemed Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India, supported by a prestigious ICCR fully-funded government scholarship of India. Hailing from Bangladesh, she brings a global perspective to her research. With a background as a former lecturer at the Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology and a strong academic foundation, having earned her BA (Honours) in English and MA in ELT from Rajshahi University, Tahenaz is committed to advancing the field of English studies through her rigorous academic pursuits and cross-cultural insights. She has presented numerous research papers at international conferences home and abroad, some of which have been published in esteemed peer-reviewed journals. Her research area includes politics and decolonization in English language education in South Asian countries.
