With four decades of experience as her canvas, Uma's journey is one of impact and innovation. Her journey isn't confined to the classroom, her reach extends far beyond to Corporates and NGO’s. Her workshops, held across India and the Middle East, transcend traditional boundaries, offering innovative solutions for growth. Her Ikigai is to make a difference in how learning is perceived and experienced by bringing alive the principles of Non-violent Communication. She empowers individuals and organizations to transcend limitations, reimagining their potential. Her legacy is a reminder that true leaders are the ones who illuminate the path for others to follow.

Apart from mentoring instructional leaders, she is a director with the Competitiveness Mindset Institute (USA) and is visiting faculty at the Institute of Design, Nirma University.
